American Tent works with the industry’s best freight services. While we do not own or operate shipping services, we work with dedicated contacts to ensure you get the best, most efficient, and cost-effective delivery experience.

40x100 Frame Tent Setup Guide

You’re gonna need a bigger crew. Round up the usual suspects and their friends when it’s 40-by-100 set up day! You will definitely want to make sure everyone is trained up and ready to go. Communication is key when it comes to setting up the big ones. Be sure to have drop cloths on hand and at least 4 McVey frame jacks. And ALWAYS call 8-1-1 before staking anywhere.

Good Customer Service

I ordered this tent for our senior community center; this was the first event tent purchase our company has made so I needed a lot of help. American Tent customer service was shockingly good, for something I thought would be all computer-generated answers, I got a real person to help me and this tent arrived in perfect condition. We’ve only used once but it worked perfectly, was easy to set up, and looked great for our visiting families! A little pricey, but worth it.

Happy with tents!

I always purchase my rental tents for company inventory with American Tent and am always happy with the quality. Pricing is good for how sturdy these tents are --holds up a lot better than my last manufacturer, I felt like I was charging tear fees left and right, but not here! Consistent quality and customer service, this is my go-to.

Wonderful tents but difficult to set up

Our school decided to order this frame tent for school-wide assemblies and events while also being socially distanced and so far we are very happy with this tent. The size made it more difficult than anticipated to set up, but with some extra help we figured out a good system. Everything else is wonderful-- this tent is large enough for our events and keeps kids out of the sun and rain, very good quality for a good price.
